Att has sold their towers out, no reception anywhere, can't call customers on my cell, call failed all day long. Coverage has ceased to exist after last year. Very bad.

Just moved back to town from out of state. We switched to AT&T for the iphone but since we are back in our house, the reception is pathetic - 1 or 2 bars or no service. Internet is spotty and slow. What's the deal AT&T?

Cionstantly having problems with Sprint coverage from Sumter County to Dixie County. Dropped calls, go from full bars to 1 / 2 bar, Nextel is better, however definitely not great in these areas. Is there a company that covers Central Florida or the West Coast at least more often than not?

I got a droid x with Verizon and within the same week, my husband got an atrix with at&t. Absolutely no comparision... his worked wonderfully while mine was basically useless. After multiple hard wiring by Verizon techs, their words were... "Your usage is basically non existant". No kidding. I could text sometimes... if I sat it next to a window. During an almost 2 month period, I had "1" phone call that actually went through and didn't get dropped. The whole time, I don't believe my husband had any, and I do repeat that... any problems with his. Needless to say... I will be going to at&t.

I think its time to go back to land lines cause nowadays u pay just to have a nice looking phone and thats it.They put so much on acell phone now.But I dont need any of it.I get on facebook frm my computer, take pictures with a camera, watch movies on t.v.,etc.We're paying for things we already have and getting away from what we really need the phone for... to make phone calls. Dosent really make a diffrence what provider you choose. I've had T,-mobile,Sprint,and Metro PCS and it was the same with all.So unless you travel alot get a landline for home. They're pretty inexpensive now.Just keep a cell with a simple plan for emergencies away frm home.

No reception in my home. We must stand outside to talk on our phones, and even then the reception is poor. Everywhere else in town is fine. Strange

Once inside South Miami Hospital reception disappears. Outside is 4G LTE. People on Sprint get service inside the hospital; however, their voice quality is terrible.

I keep getting "Emergency calls only"on my screen. I have to go outside to get any bars to talk, call or text, and many times the call fails. If I do get a call, most of the time, the call goes straight to voicemail with no ring. Replaced the battery and have two differnent sim cards they sent me, which have been no help! Very frustrating, and they will not do anything for me. I have 1 year left on my contract, so I will ride it out with the horrible service, and then go to a different provider.
