Federal Hwy. / Sample Rd. intersection, Pompano Beach, FL 33064 Wed Sep 02, 2009

For the past 2 days I have been having problems with my phone i.e. phone not ringing and going straight to voice mail, texting not going through. I went to the AT and T store and they said that a tower was out. How long does it take to get something like that fixed? It's very frustrating not be able to use my cell phone.

Nextel, Sprint is really terrible. always dropping calls, has static, battery does not last, caller always asking if I can hear them, asking if i'm still on the line. when on the road, seems like anyone I am with can get service, but not me. friends have verizon, metro pcs, and alltel. go to Cherokee, N.C. and you will never be able to call anyone again if you depend on Nextel. really not worth a dime.

Summerlin / Winkler intersection, Fort Myers, FL 33908 Wed Aug 19, 2009

Sprint coverage in this area of Ft. Myers is dismal or worse non existant. I could have left my phone in the box it came in. As an aside, I received a call at Ft. Myers beach from Sprint asking how I liked their phone and service and in the middle of our converstation I lost the signal. Sprint never called back--typical.

Cleveland Heights Blvd. / Polk Pkwy. intersection, Lakeland, FL 33813 Tue Jul 28, 2009

At this particular intersection, I get no service, and my calls usually get dropped. Otherwise, I can't hear the conversation until I get about 1 / 2 mile down the road. I've had ATT for 3 years and this is the only place I have a problem. Elsewhere, I get great coverage.

Was a former Alltel customer (Verizon bought Alltel) and never had a reception problem down there while visiting. This past week - 0 - 1 bars. No calls came through nor could I call out. This line is used for business so I was out of touch with not only children but business. Not a good situation. I made 4 service calls to Verizon when I went towards town, with no change in the status. My parents are on Ocean and have good ATT coverage. Maybe that is the answer?

Belle Terre Pkwy. / State Rd.100 intersection, Palm Coast, FL 32164 Wed Jul 22, 2009

Just moved into area... and I had NO reception driving down Belle Terre Parkway, and while at Publix. When I get to State Rd.100, I get a little reception. I was wondering if I needed a new carrier, but looking at the comments on here, maybe it's all carriers.

Las Olas Blvd. / Hendricks Isle intersection, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 Fri Jul 17, 2009

Along Las Olas from Hendricks Isle to Royal palm - no bars. Again on A1a from Bayshore to Vistamar - no bars. These are heavily populated areas, yet there is no service. Repeated calls to T-Mobile have shown they do not follow through when customers have problems. They have a list of excuses, and now say that Motorola has lowered their frequency due to radiation concerns, and suggest I upgrade to another phone at my expense, because the problem is with Motorola.
