no reception in our home area. Sprint has went out of their way to help me as a new customer. I was given at no charge the Airvana Box and it allows for 5 bars and works perfectly. The first box sent out was defective and was quickly replaced. I do hope in the future that Sprint can add a tower for my area, because I can not use my phone until I travel a 1 / 2 mile to the North towards SR54. The coverage map is close to accurate but off slightly for my home area.

worked fine the first 4 weeks I was here-now nothing inside my home or out back-if I want to receive a call or make one I have to stand at the end of my driveway. Tech support has been no help!

No reception in the house and hit and miss in the surrounding area. Talked to tech support - no help. I had no problem with Virgin - will switch back once I have used up my minutes.

Barely any reception. Phone toggles from 1 bar to none and spends most of its time searching for signal. No reception while indoors. Have to walk outside to make any type of call. Everyone that comes over has the same problem with various AT&T phones.

I moved from another city in Florida and never had a problem In fact service was so good there I dropped my landline. Now Im in Sarasota and wow, its awful. I cant use the phone in my house. I cant get through one call without losing the call. I am going to need to pick up a landline again :( ahhh just when I thought I was free of the whole "home" phone thing Im back again. The sad thing is I bought the EVO and am getting charged the xtra 10 a month for 4 g. I would just be glad to get service in my apartment period! That would be worth the extra 10 bucks alone! If you live out here off University in Palm aire area dont get Sprint.

Phone shows full service on signal indicator, 3G icon is working. As soon as I pick up the phone and call any number the 3G icon goes away, the signal drops to zero, and I can not make a call, send a text message, etc. I also can not receive any calls or texts when I am at home. The texts are delayed if I even do receive them.

I have to go outside to get any reception at all with T-Mobile. It is horrendous. I keep hoping it will improve, but it doesn't. I have finally decided to try another provider.

The phone is of no value inside my home, which is really where I need the reception. Seems to work everywhere else though.

AT&T needs some towers in Alabama and Crestview / Baker Florida this is ridiculous. Before I had a signal in certain areas of my house and on the back and front porch. Now there is no signal at all. AT&T wants to keep promoting that almost all areas have service, Well I know a few thousand Floridians and Alabamians (is that what they are called??) That beg to differ. AT&T needs to get their asses out here and bring some 3G and high speed internet with them!
