I am driving West toward Piedmont and as soon as I leave the neighborhood and just prior to reaching the I-85 HOV Access Road, the signal ALWAYS drops!

We visited Helen and found maybe just one or 2 parking lots after driving into town where our phones would even work. It is not too much fun driving without a cell phone through the pretty monutains.

Cingular is great around Chattanooga, with one exception being Crest Dr.on Missionary Ridge. From the GA state line south to Lafayette Rd.is a dead spot.

I'm with Cingular and I can see a tower blinking at me from my front yard, yet no signal. Goes between 1 bar and no signal. Cingular dude tells me I've got one of their better reception phones since it picks up both signals. Confirms for me that Cingular basically sucks. Gray is about 10 miles from Macon, one of GA's largest cities.

I am trying to find out if the reason for no reception inside buildings is because of my current phone or the service provider; and how to rectify this situation. I am tired of not being able to get a signal and make a call, when all around me with other service providers and phones are able to get connected.

I get poor to no reception at home in Oakhurst with Cingular. I generally need to go out in the back yard to make a call if I don't want to get cut off. On the rare occasions I do get a decent signal, it's with a roaming surcharge. I'll definitely be switching once this contract is up.

I have complained to AT&T and now Cingular for well over two years and all they do is LAUGH.. Another site is West Wesley between Peachtree and Northside, NO reception at all since day one.
