I have never had a problem with my Verizon service until now, I don't now if it is the Mortorola phones I use of the area in which I live. But I know that I have been to many more country(hick) towns than where I am currently living and my service never skips a beat. But since moving down to GA from Chicago, I get little to no reception in my house.. I'm notsure if I want to leave Verizon because I can honeslty say that they haven't given me any problems but I don't know what to do. Any suggestion? I may try another brand.. maybe LG.
Morgan County / Madison intersection, Madison, GA 30650

Since April 19, 2006 my Blackberry has lost e-mail and mobile web connectivity where I live and work (Madison - Morgan County). I have called and e-mailed Sprint / Nextel 6 times, and they have "initiated a service ticket" through "level 2 Blackberry Support," whatever that means. However, it's now May 8, and the problem persists, and NOBODY from Nextel has bothered to even acknowledge the problem or inform me as to the solution. Maybe they tried to e-mail me, but I can't get e-mail here. I'm not the only person with this problem either. I've talked to other Nextel Blackberry users who have the same problem here. What's odd is that as soon as I leave the county, I get all of the old e-mails that have been sitting on the Blackberry server, but when I come back...nothing.
Over the past 2 months I and everyone that works my company over 100 phones Motorola I-355 and Blackberry have been getting horrible reception throughout Atlanta. When I called to inquire the "professional" customer care specialist asked what state I was in after telling him that I was in Atlanta. I told him Alabama. The idiot believed me. If anyone is considering using Nextel for the Direct Connect, Phone Etc. PLEASE reconsider. We have spent a fortune with Sprint / Nextel and are getting very poor service and coverage.
