its bad I get no reception what so ever

Have to go outside to use my phone. If in the house calls drop over and over.

just ordered two AT&T iphones,website showed moderate signal in my location but I get nothing here! I had Verizon,alltel and virgin mobile and they worked here fine.but AT&T was a waste of my money and time!

My calls were great for 6 years then suddenly no reception at all and calls drop constantly. Verizon doesn't care at all. This has happened for the last two years.

ATT sucks. I'm hoping the reception for the 4 is better

I do not have any bars in my entire condo, and none in the parking lot. I need to leave the area to have reception. I have replaced the phone 2 times, and Sprint reps say that dropped service is normal in a busy area. I believe they do not have enough towers to accomodate their growing list of customers. I have been with them since Jan 2001, and only had problems in the last 4 months. They are not very receptive to helping. Does anyone know if switching to another service or an upgraded phone would help. Sounds like this area is a pocket of no service.

i would like to know how good the reception would be before I purches this phone in and out of my house.i've heard negetive responces about Sprint network please be honest.

Phone service excellent until I paid for a year in advance. Now it is not working at all.Bars go from 4 to 0.

Bought an iPhone for my wife and placed a test call from AT&T and it worked. Drove home, 2 miles down the road and couldn't get ANY signal, no matter what I tried. I tried rebooting, walking outside, and even to an open drive way with no tree coverage. Just nothing! Took the phone back immediately and swapped for an Android phone, LG Phoenix, and I got between 1 to 2 bars and was able to place calls from home.

I can no longer make calls from my home at the corner of 7th and Peachtree RIGHT IN THE HEART OF MIDTOWN, ATLANTA! AT&T has no service here!
