Most of Effingham County has no reception with T-Mobile. I have reception in the City of Rincon or Springfield but no reception in the rest of the county until you get close to the Chatham County Line.

The reception on my Cingular network has gone from Fair to almost non-exxistant over the last few months. If you are going to be using a phone on the UGA campus I am afrain I cannot recommend you use Cingular - at all!
