I have lived in the cove for almost a year, When I first moved here, no signal, then I lived here for about 5 / 6 months. Then I had full signal for maybe 3 days and after that no signal at all not even "sos", and theres a T-Mobile tower that I can look at right now.

If at the Verizon store in newnan... excellent service, travel one mile past the store into the summergrove subdivision and nothing. I can start a conversation but then the call signal will fail and the call will be lost. Talk with customer care and they say its the phone... I've replaced it 4 times now... are you sure?
We have 2 cell phones and a wireless card, none of which get reception in our new home. We had problems getting reception in apartments on the island, too.
I love my AT&T phone, but I'm going to have to go to Verizon because I'm trying this phone for 30 days free and I don't get service in Ellaville like the map shows. As a law- enforcement officer I need a working phone and Verizon is the only one that have service here. I really don't want to go back to Verizon, because I left Verizon and went to Sprint because I received poor custmer service and now that I'm with Sprint I've experience the same treatment and I was treated very kindly with AT&T but the only draw back is I get no service. I know serveral Georgia State Trooper and other Law-Enforcement agencies would go to AT&T but because of poor or no service in the area they are afraid to change.

Had excellent reception at home with Cingular, but since ATT took over reception dropped to nearly zero to absolutely non-existant at home. Now it is just about totally unusable at home, hve to travel almost into Centerville to begin getting any reception at all.
0 or 1 bar at all times and frequently in "SOS Mode" or "No Service". My wife has the same issue with her Treo 650. AT&T's coverage is complete sh*t in Georgia. I came from Los Angeles where it was great. I have tin cans and string that work better than the AT&T network in Georgia. Good job guys! Keep up the stellar work!
Please don't be fooled by T-mobiles good deals. It's not worth all the trouble. I signed up for a trial period with them and I didn't get any reception in my dorm(Southern Polytechnic State University). I advise you to not use them if you live in the Marietta area. Doesn't matter what phone model you have because you will still have bad service in this area. Verizon has great service and I think that you would be best with that. I have never had dropped calls on Verizon. Their plans are a little more expensive but I'd rather pay more for services that work than less for service that doesn't work(huh..uh Tmobile).
