This area has no T-Mobile reception and does not roam to find another digital carrier.

I know at least 3 people in my area that have all of their bars on their iPhone, yet cannot make a phone call. Clearly the network needs attention in this area. Anyone know what we can do about this?

5 Bars can surf, text, email but cannot make a phone call. Phone service has been down for 24 hours now. ATT can't seem to give me a straight answer. Dr.1 mile down the road and it works great. Obviously an outage here, but even the AT&T guy at the store knows nothing about it (he couldn't make a call either). Of course AT&T support wants me to update my phone software before they will help me. Worthless, can't get a straight answer from anyone.

I used to get reception at home. I would have 2 bars on avg. and rarely would get 1 bar of 3G, but since the "tornado" came thru (it was actually a microburst) I have had no service. Just an X over my reception. I used to get all my text messages and some phone calls, and would eventually get voicemails. Now Nothing. :(

On Thursday, Aug 5, 2010 I started to experience no phone reception in the Lithonia, Ga araea. Sprint says nothing is wrong but I have never problem before.

none in Nashville GA T-mobile, luckily I live in Middleburg FL now and it is good, lived in Sanderon FL awile in between and none there either. Note to T- mobile Don't Forget the small towns. thanks

Reception poor at best. Many dropped calls regardless of where I am inside my home. Outside not much better. Per TMobile cust. support - call in and ask that the tower be serviced in area as cell reception is poor. The more people who call, the better chance that the tower will be checked.

Anything outside of 5 miles of the center of Richmond Hill and AT&T is useless.

No signal, I have contacted T-Mobile as it says I am within their coverage area. They sent a technician out to investigate, he reported that their is an issue with their equipment at the tower which broadcast the signal. He said their is also an obstruction which blocks most of the signal. Even when I drive two miles down the road toward the tower and got from Zero bars to 4 bars, I can't use the data services.

Phone is usless unless I drive north on hwy 19 for a mile or so. There is a tower only 2 1 / 2 miles from my campground! Come on, now!
