I have to stand at the corner of my house, face east until I get 1 bar and then MAYBE I can send off a text message. Voice calls are frustrating with it cutting in and out.

T-Mobile pretty much sucks in any building. I worked down at the Haseko Bldg on Mililani Mall and I had to stand near a window to get a bar. That was my Blackberry Curve 8320. Then I got a job at 841 Bishop St.and my phone wouldn't work in that building either. So I got a Nexus One when my contract was up and stayed with T-Mobile. Shouldn't have. T-Mobile has such a crappy reception in a building. I ask people who talk on their phones in my elevators who their carrier is and they all say AT&T. So I'm switching as soon as I feel comfortable enough to pay the penalty to get out of my T-Mobile AND Google plans.

I live in Kahuku on Malaekahana Bay and I cannot receive any reception on my 3G iPhone inside or outside of my house. My next door neighbors cannot receive any reception from AT&T either. In order to use my phone I have to drive from my house to Kamehameha Hwy. where I receive average to weak reception, spotty 3G reception and have frequent dropped calls.

Live in a condominium and there is no reception inside my apartment. I have to walk out into the parking lot away from the buildings to make or receive a call or to use the walkie-talkie feature.

Church on Sure Foundation / Keaau-Pahoa Rd / Kaloli intersection, Keaau, HI 96749 Sun Apr 26, 2009

AT&T shows this area as "Strong," bright orange and format 3G solid on the large Sales Desk computer monitors that zoom in with detail. That's simple fraud and there should be prosecution.

Dropped calls and very splotchy call quality when connected. Will not use Nextel at home because I know call will blank out in middle of call - guaranteed. Back out on the highway is ok but whats the point? Will switch carriers soon. Just doing my research on who best to switch to.

I have no reception at all inside Sheraton while my friends who use AT&T have 4 or 5 bars. I often miss call around Honolulu. I only get a miss call message after the call has been missed. It sucks. Unfortunately, I just committed to a 2-year agreement because I wanted a new phone. If there is no serious improvement in the next 2 years, I am switching to AT&T.
