Had good reception with Alltel phone - even a little in the house, nothing with Verizon phone. Not happy at all. I miss Alltel!

There is a big gap in service between Bonner's Ferry and Montana. no service in Moyie Springs. Verizon needs to put in new towers to bring the area up to date.

No reception on most of the shoreline, including Harrison, weak reception at some places on the south end of Lake Coeur d'Alene.

T-Mobile assured me that I would have excellent reception... I have none. As soon as I turn on Parks, dead zone; I will be returning both phones and cancelling service today. I need service for more than "emergency calls only"!

There is no excuse why the town of Clark Fork, Idaho does not get cell phone service. Serveral residents have offered locations on their property with no results from anyone. First company to place a tower... gets my business for LIFE!

I evidently live in an area of Marginal Coverage- means no coverage until I leave the area

A year ago the Verizon rep told me they would have cell service in Riggins in 5 months. This year they told me the same thing. My old analog phone used to work there, but I think Verizon has ceased all analog transmission. No Verizon phone service works in Riggins. My son has ATT and he can get out with it in Riggins!

We have had mulitiple problems with Verizon coverage in Riggins. Now it won't work at all. The clerk at The City of Riggins office told me that Alltel is the only service that covers this area now.

Ever since SPRINT took over the reception has become shoddy and I can not even use my phone until I am 2 blocks away from home, I feel sorry for anyone on a Sprint network their service is very poor and their customer service is non existant... ..what to the customer is always right... . anyway I am looking for new service since I no longer have service when I need it the most (in my home.)
