Suprise Valley / Hwy. 21 intersection, Boise, ID 83716
Sat Feb 19, 2005
My AT&T phone used to work all the way to the Hilltop Cafe on Hwy. 21. My T-Mobile phone stops working while crossing the Boise River at Suprise Valley. Crappy at resolving problems as well. Sold me the service with promises of phone reception at my home (NONE) and number portability (not able). They would not cancel the contract, even though they were unable to live up to their end of the bargain. Pricey too! for the family plan camera phones. Leaving for good this month.
A pathetic investment. An expensive lesson. Advised I live in a "geographically challenged" dead zone. Offered no alternatives whatsoever. Would not recommend this service to anyone.
If you work or go by HP, EDS, NEW YMCA and DirectTV... Cricket service does not exist in this area at all... It has to be Cricket since other providers have no probelm with this area except Cricket... this is bad very bad...
I would love to have reception at my home as promised. I have a cell phone to make long distance calls, and canceled verizon because AT&T told me I was in a good reception area, quoteded me a price for 2 phones, on a family plan. I am now paying about $20 more per month than quoted.
could any body give me step by step instructions on how to get my bluetooth or monkey thingy to work? I don't even know what I am looking for on my computer. If I don't have it there can I get it and where? HELP
