Terrible. Constantly at one or no bars, no network messages, dropped calls. I love my phone but I hate AT&T.

ATT does not work in this town. The only place I get service is south of 9th street and Far west of Sheridan Road. Down by the marina, or anywhere north of 9th street your phone will not work.

We were not able to have any reception within the house. If we wanted to make a call, we had to go outside. We didn't know we would receive a phone call until our voicemail would tell us we missed a call because the phone never rang

don't live in Burlington if you expect to live off your cell phone. I've lost so many job opportunity's living in this town its unreal. plus the fact that the town knows this and does nothing about it. it should have been done in the mid 90's its now 2011 and we just now have a cell tower, that has yet to been hooked up. there has been no notice give to the town about when the tower will become operational. overall the lack of connection between Burlington and to the phone company's is overwhelmingly minimal and has gotten into the way of many people lives. you literally have to be in the middle of the street to get two bars to make a call and even then that has its problems. in conclusion I think personally small towns need to step up with simple things like this it will improve what little business we have and allow our community to expand which will happen whether people want it to or not.

I can't get a signal in my basement. I get dropped frequently upstairs. I have to stand by the windows or go outside. The AT&T signal here is ridiculous. I am seriously considering unlocking my IPhone 4 to get on TMobile's network. My family / friends make fun of me having this expensive high-tech phone, but can't take a phone call without getting dropped.

No reception at all in my office with windows. Sometimes I can make a call if I stand next to the window. Reception at home in River North is almost as bad. And between River North and the Loop, on my walk to and from work, calls frequently do not come through or are dropped. 3G is spotty, evidenced by frequent skipping on Pandora. As a note, I had a Palm Pre on Sprint before switching to the iPhone4. I have had more reception issues in 10 days with the iPhone than I had in 15 months with the Pre. Yes, the Sprint Palm Pre dropped or missed calls a few times per year. But the iPhone misses or drops calls a few times a day. No joke.

I just switched to AT&T Iphone 4G from T Mobile and there is no signal (it means I cannot make and receive calls) from AT&T. Their call center standard reply was "our records show that we have excellent signal strength in your area". I ported my number back to T Mobile.
