screw up! I am more than disappointed with no bar at all in my basement bedroom. It's only a bar from the garage in the 1st floor :( I got to have pageplus by Verizon back!

"No Service" between Lawrenceville IL and Vincennes IN

Reception in Northwestern's Pancoe building is very bad. Occasionally by the window I can get signal long enough to be alerted of a voicemail / textmessage. Outside of the building it picks up signal, but dropped calls are very common.

I dropped ATT cell service because of spotty or no reception when traveling between Freeport and Galena. Switched to USCellular and have no further complaints.

I had to make some very important calls this evening and after drop call after drop call I had to drive a mile away to the local Jewel where magically the reception is great. I've had enough of AT&T and cancelling my account this week. Thankfully, my contact is over. Switching to T-Mobile or Sprint, but AT&T, you can suck it.

I get zero bars in my basement. I go upstairs it takes about 20 minutes to find one bar. I go out side I'm lucky to get 3 bars. T-Mobile sucks here.

Dropped calls. Incoming calls go straight to voicemail and never ring. Cannot use data services unless pressed against my window. AT&T reps tell me straight out that the tower situation in my area is horrible, but the company does nothing about it. "Upgrades" and "new towers" have supposedly been in the works for over a year, but nothing has changed. I'm trying to figure out how to make the switch back to Verizon (which was great) without breaking the bank on broken contract fees, etc. I can't understand why I should have to pay for AT&T's refusal to invest in their network.

No reception at all in Newark or Millbrook, cuts in and out for about three or four miles outside of these areas. Reception in surrounding towns (Ottawa, Yorkville, Morris, Sandwich, etc) is good.

I was shot at and tried to call 911. AT&T says I have no network access. Horrible.

T-Mobile SUCKS in Nauvoo. Very little reception all over town. If you go down into the old "Historic" area, it works OK, but up where the people live in Town... forget it. We had to stand in our window at the Nauvoo Inn and Suites and put our hand on the metal air vent and sometimes could get 1 bar... but usually not. Very bad all the way East and North out of town towards Ft Madison IA.
