There's one corner of my deck (NW side of house) where I get 1 bar.

In Tech Institute, there's no reception ever. Never use AT&T when you are going to NU engineering school. I had to keep my plan until the end of 2008 and now it's only 4 months away.

verizon is pathetic. have been promised a cell tower for 4 years. no signal in this area. going to have to switch carriers

Sprint is absolutely useless from Seneca,Illinois all the way through Utica,Illinois.Also losses reception between Morris,Illinois and Minooka,Illinois and the Southern end of Morris altogether. Sprint has been notified repeatedly and does not seem to care. Useless. Time to switch after several yeasr of servise(8 years)

Every time I get home, my cellphone changed from 3G with bars to Edge no bars. I can receive calls and text but can never call outside the house. I have to go outside to get service. My phone had been replace 4 times to see if its the phone. I really think its the towers. there's no tower in this area.

Get no reception in Tech or in Norris. Seems like only Verizon or Sprint users get anything inside the building.

According to AT&T's own service group, our neighborhood is in a "good" reception area, one level below "excellent." Apparently "good" means occasionally there is a signal for a brief time. Mostly, there is none. Love the iPhone, but the poor signal is maddening.

I work at the Winnebago County Public Saftey Building, PSB. And I have no reception on my Razor cell phone

T-mobile does not service Monmouth, IL, so reception is virtually non-existent. US Cellular has a near monopolistic lock on market in Monmouth. Some Verizon coverage, but dead spots.

I average AT LEAST one dropped call every day. If I find reception that's good enough to maintain a connection, the person on the other line is so garbled, I have to hang up and use my land line.
