8-9 mos of no reception, garbled reception, dropped calls, no calls, cannot connect to voicemail. Cannot get any bars unless I walk around, then the call drops.

You BARELY get a digital signal outside on this part of town. The moment you get into an automobile or step inside your house, your signal is completely gone. Luckily I have a 15 day trial, and they will get the phone back. I havent owned it for a half hour and its already useless out on this part of town.

No reception from Hanna city to about 3 -4 miles west and about 3 miles south

No service in this area or within a 3 mile radius. Once to Niel St.it's okay but otherwise a waste of money.

If you're in any building at Dominican using Verizon, you can forget it! Outside on campus, you may end up with 2 or 3 bars max.

I just moved to Okawville and do not get a a signal at all with my Cingular phone. I called customer service and they told me that since I do not have coverage and that there is nothing they can do about it I can get out of my contract with no penalty cost. Verizon is willing to give me a demo phone to try over the weekend to see if it works.

Practically the entire north end of Libertyville is worthless with the T-Mobile covereage.
