Cingular has major holes in their service coverage in Naperville, IL. My neighborhood has no coverage (slightly SW of Route 59 and 111th. Also, my calls are always dropped on I-88 near Mill St.

Can't connect most of the time, dropped calls after a minute or two all other times. Outside or in, Sprint is useless in Bucktown.

I switched to Cingular's GSM 18 months ago. It was a big drop-off from the Cingular TDMA. They told me it would be improved by the new year. That was a full year ago. They were lying, I'm sure. This whole neighborhood is a black hole for Cingular GSM. It's amazing we put up with this crap.

I need a phone that will give me reception when in any building for I have people at home that are ill and there is no way of contacting me. It really sucks!

Old phone had analog service option - when locked in to analog, reception here is great. Old phone had defect in battery system(LG) so I got a new phone with a new plan and no phone is able to work. Nearest US Cellular tower is 10 miles so digital reception is sketchy and analog lock is not availalbe on new phones.

I have no signal in my house and have to drive down the street to talk on my phone.

On either side of Lakeshore Drive near Division the service is almost always dropped.

Nextel sucks here.

So bad! Cuts in and out. The farther east you travel the worse it gets.

I cannot get any reception in this area from AT&T.
