This phone had no service / reception most of the way to and from Dubuque basically useless.

I called Verizon and they said they would check the tower. They said the tower was fine and it was my phone. I have three other friends who all have different phones have problems in my area.

Virtually no reception at all in our home, ok around town. Locked into a two-year contract and cannot use the phone from home. Cingular has flimsy excuses, I could beat myself for having let the 30 day warranty time expire without cancelling the plan.

Very poor reception in this low laying area. Cingular says they can not guarantee cellular reception. Thats understood, but unacceptable - T-Mobile worked fine for me in that exact area.

When coming up Hwy. 70 from Rockford, I lose coverage completely about 5 miles out of town. Before this it is spotty at best. Reception seems to go in and out during a call.

i bought a Verizon pre-paid phone in new jersey. I moved to georgia, aned the service was alright, with no problems. now i'm in arkansas, (pine bluff) and my phone has gone into the twighlight zone. I can't make any calls, and I can freceive them. my ring tones changed all by themselves, and whenever I gtry to make a call, the computer generateed voice tells me to re-dial the number, and do not press send. how can I make a call without pressing send ? I can't wait to either get out of arkansas, or get me another phone carrier. Verizon is the pits... .

I have complained many times to the Verizon office in Edwardsville about the no service at my home and the poor service with the LG phone while traveling. I just read a review of this phone and it stated that the 7000 has a problem with weak signals. Yes, it does, compared to Motorola. I had Motorola phones for several years prior to this LG, and while I still had no service at home, at least the reception out of the area was acceptable. Verizon has refused to replace the phone, telling me that I can buy a new one.

no service inside this building at all

I almost never get reception in my house, or anywhere around it. I always have to shout at people to call me at my house.

Phone will Not work in about a 2 square mile area surrounding our house.
