Some times I get 3 bars. then when I call. I get a busy signal or busy network and I can't call to anyone. :( pisses me off!. Not only that but there is a cell tower on a apartment building so I would think I would get awsome signal but nope I do not. I think that there is little to no Cingular towers in park ridge. if there is then thay are probaly rented out to them. those bastards!

After four phones within a five week period I am totally digusted with Verizon Wireless Service all due to bad reception. The "On Star" on my Suv might actually be more helpful:) While running back and forth to Verizon i'ts truly amazing how stupid the people are there that work in the store... and downright lie to YOU! The real kicker were two new (or shall I say reconditioned phones) same model LG6100 within a two hour time frame. I believe I might as well work there without any type of training, since it couldn't get any worse. I have been with Verizon for six years but am going to look for another carrier once my contract expires. Very disappointed with Verizon:( What's going on with all their towers? Unbelievable??

I lose reception all the time. Nextel does not keep up on signal quality!

Since October 6, I can neither make or recieve calls. This continues for an 8 block radius. Once out of that area, the phone works OK. They sent me a new phone and it was no help.

Bad, Bad, Bad! I have no reception in my house and very little reception outside in the yard. If I make a call, it usually says "Call Failed." If I make or receive a call that goes thru, the call is either dropped or the voice fades in and out and you can barely hold a conversation. Customer service is not very accomodating. Their attitude seems to be, "Oh well, nothing we can do about it." Would definitely not recommend Cingular in this area, altho I seem to be stuck with it for a year. At least I only signed up for a one year contract.

No Cingular or Sprint reception in my neighborhood. One block away, it's Ok.

No reception in downtown Geneva. I am luckly if I get one or two bars on a good day. Never able to carry on a conversation on the phone without the phone calls being dropped.

No reception on Winfield Rd.from Warrenville Rd.north to almost Roosevelt Road. It has been this way for the three years that I have had Sprint.

i talk on the phone alot to my girlfriend long distance and it never fails. if i'm walking around and move behind a building it goes out. if I move around close to my walls.. it goes out. I almost regret answering because it usually ends up in a fight because I only hear every other word.

Verizon is so spotty in Mount Carroll as to be practically useless. I wish the guy with the glasses would come here. They couldn't here him now. I understand they need to build a tower that they were supposed to build years ago, but have put off probably for financial reasons.
