Poor reception if or when you can get it.

AT&T has been dropping calls and very poor reception- in my home and outside anywhere in western springs is this 1 / 2 bar to no bar antenna coverage until you hit wolf and willow springs road then you get 3-4 bars and in lagrange on lagrange and wolf they reception and bars are great 4-5 bars and no dropped calls. AT&T said they are looking into problem yet nothing has been done in the past two months. its frustration not to be able to use your phone and try to figure out what the caller is saying before he gets cut off when network drops the call then you can't call back without a "call failed" message and forget about texting or receiving texts i'm luck if the voicemails or texts show up an hour or two later... .

Absolutely no reception inside buildings.

N. Renwood and W. Glen Ave. Verizon drops calls right at the entrance to the Shamrock pub. I can go around the block and lose 9 out of 10 driving by the same spot in my car.

Need to stand in the street to get 1 bar. Sometimes that doesn't work either.

Visited family in Winnebago and Freeport and had the worst reception I have ever had with my Sprint EVO. Very disappointing and interferes with my business.

No service. AT&T is the worst. Afghanistan has better reception. The company refuses to fix the problem.

Used to have excellent reception. Now it is terrible. I guess Verizon cares more about reception in Antarctica than downtown Chicago. Canceling service today!
