it has been three days without reception this no goo it hold back everything you plan to do

Wonderful dead spot between police station and all the way to Canal - you can look North from the bridge over the South Branch of Chicago River and see all of downtown - but don't try to make a call on AT&T. Keep getting self-congratulatory letters from them on how service is improving, but don't see any tangible evidence.

Virgin Mobile is a thief. Took my money and gives no service in return. Boo to you, VM.

Living in Clifton for the past fifteen years, and having AT&T 8 of those years has become the worst cell service I've had. And it's gettting worse. The customer service does'nt help. I'm sorry I renewed my contract. Can't wait to switch carriers. They better start listening to us or there going to lose alot of customers.

No reception north of devon at all. Very little reception anywhere else in the city. WORST cell phone service in the city

Terrible. Constantly at one or no bars, no network messages, dropped calls. I love my phone but I hate AT&T.

Love Virgin as a brand but have had no signal on my phone since I moved to my new apartment. Not even if I go outside. Have to drive about 3 blocks to get a signal (so not ideal if u have an emergency at home) Gutted to cancel my service as they really are a great brand

For the last 5 or 6 days, could not make or receive any phone calls in my 3G phone. I have spoken many times with the clerks in T Mobile, they tried, did not fixed the problem. Finally, the last technical support person I spoke with, clearly understood the situation, and suggested that reception in this area is very poor with 3G, to change my phone to 2G. As soon as I made the change, all problems were gone. I don't believe I miss the 3ag network. The only problem is my son's phone in not working and he cannot make any network changes, so he is using an older model. I hope that when AT&T takes over things change.

ATT does not work in this town. The only place I get service is south of 9th street and Far west of Sheridan Road. Down by the marina, or anywhere north of 9th street your phone will not work.
