My office is on east side of LaSalle, on the corner of Wacker. Reception is usually zero bars / No Service; if I get reception, calls are frequently dropped.

TERRIBLE to no reception. I live in a high rise apartment and might as well throw my cell phone away. I cannot place calls or receive them. If the call does go through, it is almost guaranteed to drop within 50 seconds. I have been to Verizon and they have nothing to say about it. Verizon updated the software on my phone claiming it would solve all my problems... ... ... .it definitely did NOT. I would stay away from Verizon at all costs. Plus their customer service is sub par
T-Mobile is the worst carrier I have ever had. Their reception and costomer service are horrible. It is worth paying the cancelation fee to switch to a more reliable carrier. I would not recommend this service to my worst enemy.
AT&T's reception here is a complete joke. In other major cities, such as Seattle, I was able to talk on my phone in underground parking garages, never dropped a single call. Here, I can't even check my voicemail in my top-floor apartment most of the time and can rarely even make phone calls. Forget about anything involving data. I really don't understand how can this be..
I had coverage for 2 years in my home and in the past 2 months - nothing. No bars. Dead. I called AT&T many times and they can give no explanation. FRUSTRATING!
