Worse service ever! I hate t mobile! This phone and service hasn't worked right for an entire year

North side of Mt Sterling is awful. Have a store selling phones and service in a town that doesn't get reception? Think this is deceptive practice!

I get 1 bar in my second story Evanston condo and nothing but static, dropped calls at home. Work on 35th floor in Loop and No 3G or Edge service, I do get a o though. I also do not recieve calls when I'm downtown and texts are hours late. Bye Bye At&t

I just switched to AT&T Iphone 4G from T Mobile and there is no signal (it means I cannot make and receive calls) from AT&T. Their call center standard reply was "our records show that we have excellent signal strength in your area". I ported my number back to T Mobile.

I can't believe I'm downtown and don't get reception in large areas

I'm staying at the Hodiday Inn West, if it wasn't for the wifi, I wouldn't have any reception at all. I'm from the Chicago area where T-Mobile works fine.

I can NEVER get reception inside my apartment. I called AT&T and they wanted me to pay $150 for a device that would make my service a littler better. UM, I'm already paying for service I DON'T GET. They also said the towers here are messed up and I should be getting better service Sept. 1st. I really need to get back to T-Mobile asap.

Right in Wicker Park... literally, no reception. I drop calls ALL of the time and don't receive text messages until hours later, no matter where I am in Chicago. I love the iphone, but my husband and I are paying the early termination fee just to break free of this horrible company!

AT&T is absolutely awful in Clarendon Hills. Can't get a single bar inside my house; reception only marginally improves outside. Changing carriers today.

There is no reception within the interior of the buildings here at Orchard Place. Standing outside gets you about 1 bar.
