I barely get reception, and what I do get is off network. Please fix this

Lose reception throughout town but especially on the south side.

I used to get great wev reception and phone coverage for the last two years now the reception for broadband is zero (sucks) I feel like an Iphone user I have to go outside of my office to get reception not happy at all! customer for * hears and thinking about switching carriers.

Started out with Qwest, our first cell phones and was thrilled with it! Discovered all we'd been missing by not having cell phones. Then Verizon bought them out and we got tottally ripped off. No service inside the house at all and going outside we have to walk up to the top of the hill to get a signal. Completely worthless and endless calls to customer service got us nowhere. Worst reception and customer service I've ever had to deal with.

There is no reception anywhere in Fonda Iowa or Newell Iowa or on Hwy. 7 between the 2 towns. Verizon say there is on there website, but there is no service at all!

Just built a brand new house on a block were home prices range from 400 - 600k and I can't get a signal in my house, driveway, or back porch. I literally have to take the dog for a walk in order to make a call and check my voicemail. Text messages randomly come in while I am outside.

My contract is up! I'm so sick of Sprint and the customer service! They are horrible! Don't waste your time with them. I'm switching my business and 5 personal lines to Verizon today.

Phone is great, but the NETWORK crackles and varies, no matter what, usually one bar... despite being claimed a perfect zone by the network coverage map. Avoid Sprint network here. Fie on them, Fie I say!

Virtually no reception, despite a positive deep green on the reception map... the network is Sprint. Avoid. The phone works great, and where coverage is good, the phone performance is excellent. It is the network that should be avoided. Fie on them, Fie! Fie!

As a former Alltel customer now forced into Verizon's tower service, I am unhappy. South of town is now a roaming area because some rocket scientist at Verizon decided they didn't need the joint tower agreement with US Cellular that Alltel had in place. Loved the prepaid rates of Alltel, now looking at alternatives that are all more expensive.
