I Wireless (T Mobile provides service) has a complete dead spot on a small stretch of Hwy. 61 near turn to Wild Cat Den SP. My calls are dropped almost every time.
Verizon reception in akron is terrible the only reception you do get is from a u.s. cellular tower and Verizon has no plans to put a tower anywhere near akron
I switched to Sprint because my employer gave a discount for using Sprint as a plan. Since getting Sprint I have no service in my home. I drop calls constantly and roam within the Sprint PCS network. I have called customer service every month since obtaining the plan to have the roaming charges removed from my bill. I am told that I am to switch to Sprint coverage only which I have done, and which didn't change my service or my problem. I have received little assistance with customer service and have been told that they will charge me an early termination fee regardless of the fact that I have been calling with the same problem every month since day one. So buyer beware Sprint coverage and service really isn't worth getting.
At&t is horrible! I can't use it in my house or office and I drop calls on Ashworth Road. I got an iphone and went back three days later because the service was sooo bad and they said " Oh yeah, AT&T sucks in Des Moines." FYI... AT&T put repeaters in all of the Apple stores before the iphone came out to insure that the phones would have good service in the store but onces you got out you are SCREWED!
If you headed the beach or camping don't think relayie on your phone because there is no signal at brushly creek you hve to go fartuer out of the beach to get one bar.
