my phone is out of service can I get it switched to new location

I have the LG 1300 and I get horrible service at my house. I am always missing my calls and can't never call out. I do live sorta in the country but I still should get reception. Cingular is a good carrier but I wished they would have offered me a different phone.

From Marathon gas station to Red Devil Hill there is a large dead zone for me.

My cell phone does not work at home, but if we go out on the boat 5 miles out it works fine.

Cingular is horrible where I live in Milton, KY maybe get a signal but only last for a few minutes, just wasted money and gas to go somewhere else to get a signal.

Cingular sales person said, "Oh yeah! We have good service there." Well they don't have to drive to London, KY to talk on the phone or head towards Berea, KY. Who wants to drive somewhere to use their cell phone? I am moving to another carrier that is a Regional carrier. I know they have service in this area. I am beginning to think that the type of networks they each have are not compatible. Of course, I just don't know. I do know, my NEW phone service is going back. This is crazy.

Must be in "perfect" spot to get 1 lousy line of signal. In a house, you can get receiption but will drop it within 10 minutes. It was not like this in 2002 or early 2003, but is like that in 2004.

No reception at the intersection of Hwy 878 and Cedar Grove Ch. Rd. in Ohio County, Kentucky.

We need a Cingular tower in Bardwell or Carlisle County, KY. We have no reception here at all. I know a lot of subscribers that are considering going to Verizon because of the service area.

Cingular has absolutely no service once you leave Prestonville until you get 13 miles down the road to Milton, where it is spotty. Even in Carrollton, before Prestonville, it is hard to make a call.
