No service in my house, and horrible service in and around Elizabethtown, KY. Will be switching to Verizon on the 10th for the iPhone 4. My friends have the Droid and love the Service. They also can have access to Bluegrass Wireless' network and 3G off them, too.

I live far out of williamsburg and had switched to Verizon wireless..and I was just wanting to let everyone know that Verizon DOES NOT work up here they need to put a tower up here ASAP

I've called at and t twice and they lie. They said both times that the "tower" would be fixed by 10 pm in the evening and guess what... nothing changed. I'm going to switch as soon as this billing period is over.

during the ice storm we had service (great service)sence then we have little or no service.Verzion has done a trouble ticket&decided that the service in this area can't be improved at this time.but will allow me to change services with no early termination fees.

I hate T-Mobile if most people with other service have full service Ill have 1 or 2 bars if the service is bad for others then you definately dont have service if you have T-Mobile If my phone didnt automatically switch over to AT&T I wouldnt ever have service thankyou AT&T but there service is sketchy to none in junction city Ky too.T-mobils service should be FREE for how crappy it is..You should be able to get a tax deduction for using them as a business Loss.cause it is a definate waste of money

LONG Time ATT / Cingular customer (6 Years), I have not reception in the South Williamson / Turkey Creek area. Sometimes, if the clouds are right I can park out at the South side Mall parking lot and maybe get a bar strong enough to 'text' a short note - poof! then it's gone. If I drive south on 119 and get to Sidney KY my phone starts dinging like a bomb with texts and message alerts. The only reason I'm still with ATT is; I have great reception in Tennessee (where I live) and most of VA now - and with the South Williamson number it's local for my family to call me. 5 years ago I was told towers were being converted.. etc.. and they were working their way south and were around Logan WV area. LOL = 5 year ago! Other than that I've had no problems with ATT.

I cannot get any bars till I get to Paris, Ky and then I might have 2-3 bars if lucky! Most of the time I cannot call out receive txt messages or my email! Its a shame! They went Bigger but poorer in service. out of a 10 rating I give them a -0

No data available! We can't use our data plan, so the smartphone is useless.

We've had no wireless reception since about 11:00 Saturday morning. At first customer service didn't know what was going on but finally "stumbled" upon a tower problem. They said it would be Tuesday (tomorrow) before it would be fixed. Yesterday I was told in the AT&T store that they were upgrading to 3G and that no reception was the price we have to pay. I think I pay enough already without having to have NO reception for 3-4 days or longer. Am I the only one who feels this way?

Unless I am in a major meropolitan area this phone and AT&T is horrible. I've been to Europe, Asia, middle east and all areas have better cell phone service than the US. No company gives a crap anymore unless you're a surburbanite. Absolutely trash.
