Never gets reception in most of Ft. Thomas, drops calls all over the rest of N. KY. Also, very POOR customer service agents, most can't even speak english. We are switching immediately, it's only gotten worse in the past year.

Terrible! Thats all I can say. I guess you get what you pay for but this is ridiculous I hate being tied up in contracts but its a waste of money to pay for phones and never be able to use them.
Inside Wal Mart / Inside Kroger intersection, Corbin, KY 40701

I cannot send or receive calls when inside Kroger or Wal-mart, which is very frustrating. My cell phone will not pick up in my home, either. It will only work on the main roads or the interstate when in Corbin. In Knoxville or Lexington, I can call from anywhere.
I was wondering who I would have to talk to, to see about putting a tower out on weir road in Greenville, KY. The tower can be put on my property, that is not a problem. We live 5 miles out of town and you can get no reception no where. I believe it would benefit plenty of people out this way for several several miles. Please email me back and let me know what you think.
Verizon coverage is terrible here. I'm a long time Verizon customer in Huntsville, AL. Since moving to Richmond, KY I rarely get more than one bar. I'm switching to AT&T.
AT&T's maps say they have this area but are false. No signal at all. If you use in Pikeville you're OK. Switched to Appalachian Wireless and get good signal in all the isolated areas. Prob is if you travel outside the home area be sure you get a tri mode phone. Some of the big carriers will only let you on analog.
