No reception at dock and a little on the lake

When Crossing from Kentucky to Illinois. Once are on the illinois side of the bridge calls will drop out and reception is regained once you pass the Metropolis, IL exit 1 mile later.

I had T-Mobile service and could'nt get a workable signal unless I stuck my head out a window or went up on a hill and I tried singular service with a 6010 Nokia phone and had near perfect service for the last two years or so, untill the last couple of months or so, and now it's about par with the T-Mobile service and they say there has been work preceeding on a new nearby tower at Millersburg, which is 3 or 4 air miles from my house, oh yes, another Cingular tech said there is no new tower at Millersburg, and thats par, just any explanation to get you off the phone, but the service has gone to hell and I've tried a new phone, my girl friends Motorola flip phone which never has worked any better than the T-Mobile wonder picture phone for $300,00

this is a terrible area for signal u can not get out at my home period or in several areas near me... .

I have no reception in Annville, Moores Creek, Tyner, or any area on new 30. My cell phone stops working at the end of new 30 and I get no service all the way to Manchester (if I go from 30 to 421). My cell phone is completely useless unless I am in London or McKee.

Raising the Bar? More like raising my temper. I get dropped every single day for 2 yrs in the same 3 locations and I'm posting them here. I get dropped every day on I-64 East in J-town at the Hurstbourne exit. Reception is not recovered until well past the Blankenbaker exit. Cingular blows and I get dropped all over Louisville in far too many locations to post, but these 3 are the worst. My whole family is switching carriers as soon as the contract expires. I am tired of 4 yrs of dropped calls. They are the fewest dropped calls because everyone else is leaving. Only the poor schmucks living with a tower in their back yard remain.

At my home on Back Run Rd. My Verizion 8100 will ring but I have to stand on the front porch to have what is usually a broken conversation. My Cingular phone won't work at all.

I travel from Calvert City Ky to Metropolis Ill. The reception is intermittent. Cingular needs to put a tower near Ky Oaks Mall that will provide service inside the mall and the low lying area around the mall. Also, when you are travelling I24 toward Illinois as soon as you round the curve before the bridge the service drops. I work at the casino in Metropolis Illinois and there is not signal at the casino or on the parking lot. Cingular needs to put a tower west of paducah that probably solve a lot of problems in metropolis and paducah. Before they changed some of the tower signal I was able to get service in Metropolis. I use the phone as a means to be contacted while at the casino and I need service there.
