No coverage in the subdivision but have decent coverage if you drive to the top of the mountain! I can't go to my property for a mini-vaction because I can not receive a cell call for work in Ohio. Once I find a company who has good coverage, I'm saying goodbye to Alltel. The $200 cancellation fee will be made up from just one job opportunity and the joy of spending more time in beautiful Lake Cumberland! Alltel... Are you listening?

what really burns me is when someone sitting in MY LIVING ROOM gets a call - usually an appalachian wireless customer. Come on, I have been a customber for over 10 years! Why can't we hit their towers and pay to roam? I just want to be able to use my phone. The way service prices keep rising and the fact that I am still here means I am either crazy or deluded. Either way, evidently, price is not a problem. I just want to be able to USE MY PHONE! Service is not getting better if anything it is getting worse.

Peppers Mill Dr., Paducah, KY 42001 Wed Feb 20, 2008

Most everyone on Peppers Mill Dr. in Lone Oak has little to no reception regardless of Verizon or AT&T. Don't know about Sprint. Locator maps all show coverage. Can't get rid of land line that just increased $10 / month

Please send help in the form of a tower. The biggest isn't the best in all places. Worked great in NY, but KY it just doesn't cut it.

Never gets reception in most of Ft. Thomas, drops calls all over the rest of N. KY. Also, very POOR customer service agents, most can't even speak english. We are switching immediately, it's only gotten worse in the past year.

Terrible! Thats all I can say. I guess you get what you pay for but this is ridiculous I hate being tied up in contracts but its a waste of money to pay for phones and never be able to use them.

Inside Wal Mart / Inside Kroger intersection, Corbin, KY 40701 Mon Dec 31, 2007

I cannot send or receive calls when inside Kroger or Wal-mart, which is very frustrating. My cell phone will not pick up in my home, either. It will only work on the main roads or the interstate when in Corbin. In Knoxville or Lexington, I can call from anywhere.

I was wondering who I would have to talk to, to see about putting a tower out on weir road in Greenville, KY. The tower can be put on my property, that is not a problem. We live 5 miles out of town and you can get no reception no where. I believe it would benefit plenty of people out this way for several several miles. Please email me back and let me know what you think.
