Brand new - company phone - office in NV; TMobile said "excellent coverage" - 3 days into the new phone and absolutely NO SERVICE no matter inside or outside the house. I must now switch to a new carrier for business; and we now have a phone no one can use.

Once you leave and go into the rural area, you will have no service. My company is switching to Verizon Wireless this week sometime. T-Mobile is the same too. I have them for my personal phone. I'll be switching it to Verizon the first of feb when the contract is up.

Att has no coverage in grant Parish along hwy 71 and 167. I cant believe AT&T is the only cell company that thinks its a good idea to leave such a large area dead. Well be on Verizon as soon as contract is up.

No in or out calls in the house - callers get message that I am not taking calls or that my phone is not in service and cannot leave messages - AT&T says they don't guarantee service in the house - outside gets up to 2 bars but bounces back and forth from 2 to 0 - can't hear callers - calls are full of stactic - calls are dropped - Was Cingular customer for years before and for a year after Katrina and best service I ever had - horrible since AT&T bought out Cingular - phones are very cheap, including upgrades - tired of paying for a service that does me no good and a company that couldn't care less about the caliber of their service or customer satisfaction - AT&T told me to go buy a Nokia pay-as-you-go phone at one of their stores - the AT&T store told me I had to go to Radio Shack or Walmart to buy a phone - what a joke and what a crime

Sometimes we can get reception if we are outside or near the front door. Otherwise zero or reception is very poor.

At&t reception in town can be very spotty. I never drop a call completely but there are times that I have to hang up and re-dial because the listener can't hear me due to no bars. Also, leaving town towards I-49 on highway 6, you will drop your call everytime. Wait to call until you get to the interstate. Once you are there you get full service all the way to Shreveport. I might be switching to Verizon...
