Service is horrible in this part of town and since this is the main college living area it makes having the phone pretty much useless.

T-Mobile customer service states that I should have 3 or 4 bars when I have none. I have no T-Mobile service and T-Mobile doesn't have a contract with AT&T in order for me to roam. I've been with T-Mobile for 8 years and must now change services.

No reception in the house at all. Outside I can get up to 3 bars if I'm pointing in an easterly direction, but other than that it sucks.

I originally had AT&T service with average reception, never really good or consistent. When I converted to Cingular reception deteriorated and I now have no reception at home. I have tried to get help from Cingular with no success and have given up.

Sprint needs to expand. All I get is roaming here in Oil City, and they claim I should have coverage. The phone is amazing! I think the photon is by far the best phone out there, just dont get any coverage.

Palm Treo 650 (GSM)
Christus Schumpert Hospital St. Mary's Place / Line Ave. intersection, Shreveport, LA 71102 Mon Apr 17, 2006

Within 100 yards of a major hospital and close to geographic center of Shreveport. Had calls dropped and then no service "SOS only". Has happened for about 2 months now. Makes their "Raising the bar" campaign pretty much all spin and no substance.

Driving between these few blocks, my call drops EVERY TIME. I drive past every day, and never have I been able to keep a call when I pass this spot. It's terrible.

This is a main street in Shreveport and should have reception but since the merger AT&T and Cingular it seems like there are less and less towers like Cingular disable all the AT&T towers.

Call drops at Outback Steakhouse on Live Ave - either a tower overlap of just flat out dead zone - at least 10 calls dropped in that one spot

Brand new - company phone - office in NV; TMobile said "excellent coverage" - 3 days into the new phone and absolutely NO SERVICE no matter inside or outside the house. I must now switch to a new carrier for business; and we now have a phone no one can use.
