Cingular reception on flying point and lower flying point is crap. Avoid this carrier.

Horrible reception and the customer care is the worst I have had the privilege of dealing with.

No coverage in Boothbay / Boothbay Harbor. First usable tower seems to be in Edgecomb (just south of Edgecomb Potters)

Spoke with Cingular about problem, they downloaded something to the phone (possibly to enable / force roaming in this area), but had no effect. Likely the nearby tower(s) have no GSM yet.

No reception in this area. If you have an antenna some times you can get reception.

Switched from AT&T TDMA to Cingular GSM, they promised better service. Service is worse,will not work at my home most of the time, TDMA would work all the time from my garage and some rooms in my house. And on the road is not as good as TDMA. Should be much better if they get more towers working but cant't find out when or if that will happen

now that Cingular and AT&T merged I don't have any service

Have to find high ground to get reception

In town good reception, togus nonr Manchester litchfield none rest of country good

Intermittent Can ring phone on incoming but not use
