T-Mobile is non-existant in the Harpswell island area. Forget going out any further from Brunswick where reception is decent. Even if you rome on Cingular's tower, you will get dropped calls and no data connection.

Bad or no reception in Eastport. Spotty at best in certain locations. Per previous poster - yes, they will drop roaming charges but if you are caught using your phone in Canada at all, they won't drop them anymore. Useless plan if you venture across the border at all.

I live in Roxbury,Maine and this a great recreation area and we have No cell service at all! It is also the main route to rangely, which is also a recreaton area, there have been snowmobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, car accidents, and people have been in peril because of no cell servive. Can you please consider cell towers in this area?

In certain spots I picked up roaming service here and there. Not even the same spot different days. I wish T-Mobile would get a tower in the area. I really like them and have been with them for years.

LGUX4750
Back Cove, Portland, ME 04103 Wed Nov 07, 2007

The phone can't seem to decide which service to use. Moving about, sitting still, whatever activity, the phone jumps from roam to home sporadically and frequently. The most common customer service comment boils down to I don't know how to use a cell phone, despite years of success with other carriers, phones, and yes, even this phone for about one year. The second year (last year for US Cellular and me?) has been increasingly vexing.

Sitting still on campus, this phone cycles between no service, roam service (digital and analog), and home service. Nothing US Cellular has done for me (which wasn't that much) seems to work, whether it is a mod to the phone or a trouble ticket for the system.

Madison , Rte 201 Lakewood Area, Madison, ME 04950 Thu Oct 25, 2007

Had to go into Skowhegan and stand outside to make calls and even that was sketchy. When it did catch it used another carrier.

I can't use my phone at my home. Sometimes it will ring but I can't communicate. There has been a tower built here in Bristol, but through some political problems it has not been put in use. It seems the local companies are afraid of losing income.
