No coverage in or near home. I've had Verizon service for many years moving it from NJ to Maine with me. I'd sure like better service here. I hardly use it now and when I do need it, surprise - it doesn't work. But the bills keep coming.

It discuss me the monthly bill to have a cell phone, and not beable to use it. What matters about roll over minutes if you have 4000 you will never use them. You get the idea when you get your cell phones you will get a signal, and the bar is never raised. The only thing we do is pay a big bill each month. If we decide to cancel we have to pay a $175.00 cancellation fee. It doesn't make any sense. We NEED a tower here.
