Since last Sunday 10 / 10 / 10, Sprint has no service at this location. No calls can be made or received. No access to voice messages either. The same cellphone works in other places perfectly fine though. I have called customer service multiple times, they have no idea what is going on but one of the reps admitted that recently they have had outings in this area. Overall, very poor customer service. I will change my carrier as soon as I get a chance.

Me again. Had 4 now have Roaming. How the heck does this happen? The phone can't seem to find a happy medium. Shoulda kept my yap shut. I guess I jinxed myself.

My phone roams just to find a network. Even if I am not using it. I tried a call while it was roaming and it took me to a Verizon operator but when it does roam to their network I get 4 or 5 bars in my house which has a lot of trees around it. I'd be happy with 2 bars here. Other than this locale Sprints signal is strong.

I live in a relatively low lying road, if I go 500ft up the street I get perfect signal, but at my house, no signal at all. AT&T works fine, Verizon and T-Mobile not so much. Sprint gets no signal at all. And I'm stuck in contract because Sprint doesn't believe that I don't get service and refuse to let me prove it to them in any way.

If a person is on the bottom floor of 3001 Brach Ave, they will not get service in there apartment. It won't pick up til you get to the second floor of the building (1st floor is not on street level).

Was good until November 3 / Now I cant even make a telephone call or send text messages even with 3-4 bars showing. Maybe something has broken / failed out here. Sucks!

There is no Sprint cell phone service in West Virginia, Maryland, Southeast Ohio, Southwest Pennsylvania. There are construction crews here building 200-miles of power transmission lines and everybody has Sprint / Nextel phones, but nobody has service. Sprint / Nextel is the best nationwide service, but Sprint needs to jump in to Maryland, West Virginia, Southeastern Ohio and Southwest Pennsylvania and build a system second to none.

i get no reception at my house near seminary avenue off of dulaney valley road. however my husband gets no reception at our home either and he has Verizon wireless. I guess no carrier will build a cell phone tower around here.

I have to lean on the window to make a phone call. If I go near the kitchen in the town home I lose the call. Sprint is just not any good.
