Sprint / Nextel is the worst ever! My contracts are over for my 4 business phones and I will never go back. Dropped calls and garbled calls all over Baltimore and DC Metro areas on daily basis- holes in coverage everywhere. Very frustrating trying to do any business. Promises of increased service with merger have not come true and I am not waiting any longer. Terrible customer service. Do not waste your time and money on Sprint Nextel. I am going to Verizon Wireless- I have heard coverage is not perfect, but much better- can't be any worse!

Absolutely no coverage inside the building, but possible to get maybe "1 bar" when standing in front of glass windows (or as other poster suggested, when sticking your head out of a window). Verizon is confirmed to work inside the building.

No reception inside the classrooms, 1 bar from time to time inside the atrium (glass ceiling) - but not even enough to deliver text messages. Above average up to full signal strength the second I step outside the building. If you spend most of your time in VMH, I would not recommend T-Mobile. Other people seem to have better luck with Verizon and Nextel - which isn't much of a surprise since Nextel installed several transmitters inside the business school.
Everytime I drive from DC using 16th street into Maryland and am using the cell phone, it goes dead and takes at least 3 miles before I get a signal again. This ALWAYS occurs around Walter Reed, and not even really near the hospital. Nextel CSR's always say that I need to take my phone in to get it tested. Maybe they need to take their towers in to get THOSE tested.

Reception... only 1 bar..but could use it most of the time... . UNTIL the leaves on the trees came out... then either "SEARCHING" all the time or it would connect... then DROP... or I could connect RARELY but the other party could only hear part of the time. Verizon FINALLY acknowleged a poor signal in area. NO KIDDING! No Verizon service here... .except in the WINTER... .when the leaves are off the trees.
