In the dorms i get no signal, outside it goes from 0-2 bars. If you look at the map on their site, there's a big empty wedge centered around Chestertown Md. T-Mobile & AT&T's GSM networks usually show up on my search, but here i get zilch.

Barely any signal in the Giant. Can't call home when to verify my shopping list :).
Also weak signal inside Target. IF you go to the bottom level..forget it!

Got the Verizon Wireless hoping to replace my landline but could not get reception in my apartment. Even going outside yielded only minimal at best reception. Had to cancel contract. I don't recommend Verizon here. Location is a couple of blocks from campus.
