Had all of my bars up until a week ago. Contacted T-Mobile and was informed that they are taking service offline at my location for the next 2 months.

No reception in the home, 2 or 3 bars of service outside and calls are still dropped. I already did *228 4x and nothing so I called Verizon they said to do a soft reset which involves removing battery for 20 seconds I did that and still didn't work, the customer rep said by tomorrow service should be up due to the storms still going through the Maryland area

I have no reception inside my home and am constantly dropping calls. With business calls it's so embarassing I have to stand out on my deck while I talk. We have complained to Verizon multiple times - they tell us to dial *228 to refresh the phones but this never helps. We are finally done with our 2 year contract and will be switching to a new provider.

Kenilworth Ave. (201) / Greenbelt Rd.(193) intersection, Greenbelt, MD 20770 Wed Aug 03, 2011

Literally no service along Kenilworth avenue around the greenbelt rd intersection. Calls are dropped constantly and when you try to dial out it tells you call failed. The phone shows several bars, yet the call will fail. This has also happened to my wife on her BB Curve in the same area. It is a constant!

Mountain Rd. / Bussenius Rd. intersection, Pasadena, MD 21122 Fri Jul 08, 2011

Mostly NO reception (both ATT and Verizon). Several cell phones in the house, including Blackberries and iPhones all with similar reception difficulties. You lay the phone down in one spot and watch the signal strengh go from 3 bars to none and back. This is insane!

Dozens of large apt complexes here with no service except on the top floors. 0 or 1 bar here. Can send texts when the wind blows the right way. Sprint said "they are having tower issues" here. But the problem existed in 2005 it looks like when reading these reviews. Just got a Airwave from them, let's see what happens.

Never more than 0-1 bars in my house. It's terrible reception pretty much everywhere (although it does work much better outside 2-3 bars). Go with Verizon, do not get stuck in an AT&T contract if you live in Frederick, MD.

4th Ave. / Walnut St. intersection, Earleville, MD 21919 Wed Apr 13, 2011

AT and T should put a tower in Earleville, MD and stop catering to the city folk and improving services for them and get service in rural areas.
