Signal drifts in enough to get email notifications. Can't make calls, can't check messages, can't send anything out. That is, of course, without connecting to anyone's 'free wifi' in the area. That usually cures the problem if I scan for something. Port Tobacco on south via Rt 6 - no signal. Rt 224 from Chicamuxon south - no signal.

No service at all in my apartment building. There are 5 floors and I live on the third. I have dropped calls constantly and call quality / reception is below poor. Think twice about Verizon. I think people go with them because of name recognition but the service truly is lousy.

No reception in the Accokeek area near Farmington Road. No reception getting on to 295. Very poor reception in my home (Waldorf). I would not recommend AT&T (Cingular)
No reception or the call is dropped whenever I enter the Accockeek area. No reception in my house in Waldolf unless I'm close to a window. None at all in the basement. I would NOT recommend AT&T(Cingular).
I usually only get 1 bar but it dissapears whenever I try to make a call. I have to stand in the driveway to send a stext message since I can not talk on my cell from home at all. Trying to get Verizon to term my contract but no can do. They piggy back on US Cellular.
I travel this area frequently to and from home to avaoid the highway and can guarantee you that if I am on the phone, the call drops for at least five minutes and I am totally clear of the area. I hate Nextel, but feel bound because of the free incoming calls.
