Non existent reception in most areas in Pepperell, MA, pathetic really.

Verizon is ripping us off. Cannot provide reception to its customers living in this town. Have no problem accepting our money every month.

Cannot use cell phone anywhere in the west side of town

I get no reception in hapden what so ever and when I saw the ne tower at the transfer station I said wow and tried my phone nothing now I do believ that a company named opti-?? something that puts up towers open to all cariers and T-Mobile nor Verizon have had service thier I know that Verizon will not be putting any equitment on this tower because they were going to then the city asked for more money and they said no so to all you Verizon careirs-sorry but I do think that T-Mobile still has a chance

Verizon wirless has poor reception all thru oxford, webster, dudley, I have used them for 3 years and in the last year they lost a local tower and reception has been bad, switching soon>

No Verizon Wireless reception anywhere in town. Occasionally I will get 1 bar of reception, but am never able to make or receive a call.

Sometimes I get data reception but other than that nothing. Verizon sometimes gets reception here

No reliable reception anywhere in the house. Going outside on the deck sometimes works enough to get by. My old T730 and my wife's LG get one or two bars if we're near windows, which is usually enough to make a call. I really think it's just the location. I'm right next to the Fells, at the bottom of a giant hill that's blocking anything to the West. I doubt that any other carrier would be any better in this particular spot. I'm thinking about getting one of those active antenna boosters to make my own little "hot spot."

Just After Comming Into Hampden, Ma I Loose All Service All Through The Town. I Find Sprint PCS Works With One Or Two Dead Spots On Glendale Rd. Hampden Looks To Be Putting Up A Cell Tower At The Transfer Station But I Have Not Been Able To Find Any Information On This Wat So Ever.
