We lived on the other side of the big hill, off Belmont St. and got a great signal. Now, on the Watertown side of the hill, we get absolutely nothing. We can't even pick up a signal much closer to Watertown Square. T-Mobile here is awful.

absolutely no reception not one bit I miss many calls and messages no recepption. AT&T you guys need to step up and fix this problem immediatley because you are loosing too many customers.
I just moved to Upton and now I have no phone! I can only use my Verizon phone when I drive several miles away from my new apartment and am into Hopkinton. I live alone and am not safe without a phone while at home. I have Verizon wireless. Does any other company have a signal in this town? Please help. This is a serious problem.
Why on earth Verizon granted a franchise of it's store on Main St. and failed to follow through with installation of a cell tower to allow this location to actually be able to show potential customers the features of a given phone is beyond me. You cannot sell phones with no reception. There are many movies being filmed in and around Boston, Gloucester, etc. The cell companies could really make a lot of money on local productions as well as the year round residents of this area. For a phone company as large as Verizon, they should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves for not providing proper service to this area. AT&T is the number one carrier in this area as they are the only carrier that provides uninterupted service to this area.
