Keep getting a "Call Failed" message? Does anybody know the reason for this? I cannot make any calls.

Absolutely miserable customer service. Horrible Coverage. I haven't been able to get anything but roaming mode on my cell phone for weeks now. I'm ready to give Cingular the boot.

There is never any reception here whatsoever -- not with the phone I have now nor any phone I have had before. It's terrible.

my mom lives in this area and its like when u enter the neighborhood, you enter a bubble. the phone is useless in this area, and its a big area. some have told me its my phone more than sprint. I'm switching back to verizon, personally. just remember, any salesperson will tell you its always the CHEAPER phones that get the best reception...

terrible service. Cingular, At&T.. it doesn't matter... they are both terrible. no reception. I am switching over to T-mobile. They have the strongest reception in Watertown.
