At the store I was assured of coverage in Westhampton, but when I asked for a test phone to go see, I was given a lame excuse. Unfortunately I believed them... six months later, still no signal. In the area where there is a signal, it's still not GSM.
Seems to have no reception anywhere in the town. East Longmeadow is OK, Wilbraham is OK, Somers is OK, West Stafford is OK, and most of Monson is OK. Monson and West Stafford seem to be weather-dependent. When there is heavy cloud cover, reception is unreliable in those two towns.
I get no reception in hapden what so ever and when I saw the ne tower at the transfer station I said wow and tried my phone nothing now I do believ that a company named opti-?? something that puts up towers open to all cariers and T-Mobile nor Verizon have had service thier I know that Verizon will not be putting any equitment on this tower because they were going to then the city asked for more money and they said no so to all you Verizon careirs-sorry but I do think that T-Mobile still has a chance
