My Nextel phone doesn't have any reception near Dexter / Joy rd or on 7mile between Greenfield / Livernois. I have notified "Nextel" several times about this problem but nothing has been done. I like Nextel but at this rate I will be forced to switch users.

Dropped calls frequent in most detroit metro area. Very dissapointing.

I have poor or no reception in the Berrien Springs area at all. There are 3 cell towers in BS but obviously none of them are Sprint. I'm very dissapointed as I switched from Nextel which I've never had a problem with! Very dissapointed.

For about 20 miles around Ann Arbor absolutely no signal at all.

whenerver I enter this area there is no service within 2 miles inside of the home or outside in the streets, very poor choice in service

I have been trying to activate a new Oyster since Christmas. Every day for 3 days Virgin Mobile has told me to reset the phone and then wait up to four hours for a text message. E-mail support tells me to call the 800 number to resolve the problem. I give up, I'm not playing the runaround anymore.

We have a nationwide service contract with Cingular and it works fine in Bonita Springs, FL where we spend our winters. The phone and reception at Crystal Lake home has been good until now. We received a letter from Cingular Dec. 22, 2006 stated that our Michigan home location was NOT in their network and they were cancelling our service in 30 days! After several hours of calls to Cingular they are adamant that our MI location was OUT OF NETWORK and they are cancelling us and all customers who attempt to use their Cingular service for making or receiving calls that are from an OUT OF NETWORK location. They advertise "nationwide" sevice but that only exists with in the Cingular NETWORK, but is apparently limited to large cities where they have their towers and " network".

cingular is good on major expressways But! from Standish / Bentley to Estey very poor reception. I know alot of folks head up to Gladwin area and other areas I stated ( too hunt and other stuff) dont be disappointed. none or very low service. all major cities and expressways have decent coverage. cell phones companies need to start listening to us. people need to do homework on these phones and companies before they sign a contract. THEY WILL LIE TO GET YOUR BUSINESS. They just want your money. we should have a say in things too. They can drop towers and partners without our permission. say the coverage is great and its not. maybe trac phone needs a monthly plan. Hmmnnnnn... ... ... they bounce off most of the towers

we need a tower up in secord there is alot of weekenders and lot of elder people that have Nextel but some might switch users because when they come up from the big cites they cant use there Nextel phones
