We just moved here from Troy, where our reception was already iffy at times. Now we can't get any reception at all, T-Mobile said they would need 3 days to send engineers out. (Based on reviews here, that won't help at all). I also received a voice mail a week later! That is absurd.

Been with Sprint for almost two years now, when I lived in the Monroe area elm / maple blvd, coverage was great! Parents decided to relocate out in Maybee [though technically Monroe still for some reason] and there is almost NO coverage out there, as of 8 / 06. No signal, nothing. Once in a while I'll get digital or analog roaming, but other than that, nothing.

Can you hear me now? I'm sure it would be easier to send my message via the burro in the commercial!....

Drops calls east from US-23 and along Denton Hill Rd. Also randomly drops on north end of Runyan Lake Rd near Jennings.

I don't know what happened, We have four fones with Cingular. All were working fine three months ago. But now there is absolutely no signal in my apartments. I called Cingular but they said there should be signal. But thats annoying.

Used to get one bar standing in my driveway. I update using *228 monthly but it has gotten worse. I loose all signal going north on 30th (24th in Ottawa) until reaching approximately Byron Rd. Signal on 8th or Kenowa goes out by M-6. Worst help from Verizon of any of the services I've delt with. They're sorry but sometimes reception isn't good all over... ... .really? Can you hear me now?

For some reason everytime you drive down this 1 mile piece of road you get no reception... . ever!

Just returned from a two week vacation in the Traverse City area, which turned out to be a vacation from my cell phone as well. I have SPRINT service and after this vacation, I am looking into switching providers. No reception in our hotel (Days Inn Traverse City), limited reception along the downtown waterfront in TC- many "lost signal" calls.. No reception along US-31 North or South. If I was able to place a call, the person on the other end was not able to hear me. Very frustrating. Disappointed in the service.

This is one of many dead spots I encounter between Ann Arbor and Livonia. With construction on M14 I take M14 and exit on / off Gottfredson to reach 5 Mile. Another dead spot is at 5 Mile west of Beck before Ridge Rd past the Home Depot. Dead spots throughout Ann Arbor, and total dead spot along Dexter-Pinckney by Hudson Mills Metropark. Cingular is so useless to me. Ads are laughable. Contract up in November--I just can't wait. I hear Verizon is better, but it's probably more of the same.

the only place in the Eastern UP with T-Mobile reception is in St. Ignace, north of there - no service, even in SSM... .. so don't expect to use T- Mobile while in the UP... ..
