Need to go outside about 100 yds from house to make or receive calls. Sprint said it will take till March 1st. to get the towers up and running. I love the phone, but not happy with this reception, especially in the winter

Similar to others' comments from this area we have no reception inside the house, and there are numerous dropped calls daily. We requested an enhanced home receiver, which has not assisted us in any manner. I am now returning to my previous carrier.

Dropped calls, late msgs, no ring but get voicemail, nvr can connect to the internet, service sucks almost everywhere!

Rochester Hills, NO reception along Walton Blvd.corridor, framed by Squirred Rd and Adams Rd. Heading eastbound, lose calls and reception the moment I cross Squirrel.

Don't even atempt to get a bar out here. I really climbed the tallest tree I could way over my house and NOTHING! First cell company that can send signal or have a tower in my area. I'll be one of the first in the area to switch.

My service was fine until Verizon took ove altel. Now all my calls are dropped unless I'm standing outside. I understand that AtT is much better in this area. I'v been fighting with these dropped called for years. Wehn my contract is up next month, I'm switching to Att. Until Verizon wants to get a tower in my neighborhood, I will have to jump ship. Put some towers up. It's SIMPLE. I wish I didn't have to leave but Verizon is doing nothing and evidently many people are bothered.
