The only service that works on this street is Nextel. Don't buy anyone elses unit except Nextel. I have cellular one - and its terrible.

No service available. At the top of the stairs and outside on the hill, I can get 1 bar.

Should have researched this BEFORE buying three phones - can't hardly get any calls in my home. Customer service tells me there are towers all around my home, yet hardly any bars. Told me to go to a store and get a booster. Was told at the store that something like that doesn't exist. Nice! Am seriously considering changing carriers when my contract is up - six more months of frustration left!

Many areas in Benzie county are extremely poor to no reception with Alltel and this phone. As it does not receive an analog signal, calls are constantly being dropped or will not go through at all.

Was sold this phone and plan and told that they had coverage in this area. They lied to make a profit. Pure greed. There is no alltell service here. Don't even try! A waste of money.

There seems to be a Verizon Black Hole of reception in this area--I drop whatever call I'm on the minute I enter a three-block radius of this area. Terrible!

If you have Nextel don't expect to use them in this area! We were sold a 2 year plan and signed up with 3 phones being told a tower was going up in the area within the first year the tower should of been up it never happened and I can't get out of the contract I cant wait for the two year period to come up I am so moving over to Alltel.

I was with ATT, received poor reception, but with Cingular I have NO reception EVER!

Bought our phones in Romeo... .works there... .got home, can't use them in our kitchen! Very disappointed! Might switch soon to Verizon! Nextel friends can't call from our home either! HELP!

I'm in the military and i'm stationed here. I get no service what so ever. I've tried Nextel and sprint.
