stay away from alltel. service is like a crap shoot.

The Phone does not work in Secord Township. If idon't travel downstate, all winter I still have to pay what's on my contract with no mins. used. Doesn't make any scense.

in order to use my phone I have to go the 2.5 miles to m-20. would not recommend Nextel for this area. would recommend alltell though. know a couple of people who have it and they get bars here

Something changed. Used to have great coverage on extended network (other carrier). Lately (Dec. 06) been "latching on" to a Verizon tower with VERY poor reception. Constantly dropping calls. Alternating between VW signal, no signal, and extended network. Pretty much renders Verizon useless in Bellaire.

I never get reception in this Area. Everywhere but here

I live in Orchard Grove, I can not use my phone at all in this park or on Scio Church or Waters Rd. I work in a ware house on Airport Dr. and it does not work in there and most of the time it will not work in Meijers or Target.

If I stand on the roof of my two story and get lucky I can get a signal.

Driving south on Whitneyville today I was unable to make any call from 54th street down to 84th...

No reception. Have to drive 5 miles East to get any type of signal. No towers near except a radio station owned. Had to get land line despite only living here part time. Wish Verizon would get some cells in this area and more near Mt. Pleasant. Very disappointing.

I'm getting no reception(not one bar) east of the jct. of M-95 and Scott Drive, north of Iron Mountain, MI.
