Have not had reception in my house for 3 years trying to end contract without paying. For not fullfiling their end of the contract. Horrible customer service. Do not by Nextel

Drops EVERY time regardless of type of phone. Has been like this for four years now (since 2001 and it's now 2005)

Cingular sucks! There is no reception in many areas of Farmington Hills. Take heed anyone thinking of going with Cingular. So many times people tell me I sound like a robot, and just as many times garbled. Any one living in the Farmington Rd. and 13 mile area..forget it, No Service! So many short comings... I used to have Verizon and I will again. I never had a reception or lost call problem EVER. I lose calls on a daily basis with Cingular.

This is a very hilly area. The signal drops dead.

Nextel cannot answer why reception is so bad and even non existent. I am so frustrated, they tell us that the i-730 now needs a metal clip in it's mainframe chip, but you have to go and get it installed. I tell you what if my service doesn't correct I'm going to make Motorola take my phone back for good.

No reception at all in Lewiston Michigan Never can find a provider that actually gets reception here.

alltel is the worst(both signal and service)... ... ... ..i take 3 different 25-30 mile commuts to work and I get a usable signal over about 3 miles each route when i'm nearly to work anyway... ... ..at home with a 40 ft. tower antenna and 3 watt analogue phone it works 70 -80 % of the time if i'm lucky! Both Fletcher rd. and M-72 are heavily travelled yet very little signal available on 72 and none on Fletcher!

I can't call my friend in Colorado Springs and it's irking me quite verily. It has trouble in freaking DENVER too. You'd think Verizon might at least have most of the major tourist areas and large cities covered, but then you think: wait, no, that's Sprint. So, in conclusion: Dear Verizon, I hate you. I purchased Verizon when first moving to campus and returned the phone within a week. They always said that I was roaming while I was in my dorm room in Markley. I switched to Nextel and then Sprint and have had perfect service with both of these companies on campus.

No service in the City of Ellsworth. Dobson Cellular One needs to put up a tower in this area. All other nearby areas have service except for Ellsworth. When leaving Ellsworth area I get service back.
