I hate this service! I get no bars on any of our phones in the house at all it drops calls left and right. My husband can go outside and talk ob his for a few mintues before he loses signal or the call ends (doent always say call dropped or lost, just hangs up ) They sent me a rave that I had to hook to my internet broadband so I get full bars in the house now but still quality of phone reception is still horrible. I still have problems with my phone (i like to talk more versues just texting) with receiving calls it goes straight to my voice mail, and if I leave my home forget it the bars are gone. I drop calls in town in jonesville, in walmart parking lot I have to try three times before I can get a call to connect. Customer service at this place has been a joke. I actually have filed a complaint with the BBB. I pay almost 200.00 a month and I have had enough, been told they are working on fixing the problem for months. I was just talking to another Sprint customer and wow guess what we are disconnected... with the rave at my house and her in jonesville in town..

We used to get good reception but now we get 0 bars on my wifes Motorola Flip phone. We were told it was the leaves on the trees.

my reception is awful! Before I went to Sprint I asked agent and look at the coverage map and was told perfect reception every where in county. I can't receive calls at my home, can't send text messages and I drop calls all over the township. Sprint and the Samsung Galaxy both suck STAY AWAY! YOU'VE BEEN, WISH I WAS

At&T coverage is horrible in the Iron County region.

Zero reception in this area down to 17 Mile Rd.and to the east. Perfect towards Kent City.

What the hell no reception at all

Cell phone service is out; for 6 + hours... July 18th. No calls in or out. C2 is showing as a results of call attempt when calling out. New tower recently put in at Watrousvill, MI. Not certain if it is Sprint or Nextel. If new one installed at fairgrounds in Caro could be problem also.

July 18th... phone service has been dead for 6 + hours. Nothing coming in or going out. A busy signal. Screen shows C2 for results.

In the past month the singal has gone from bad to non existent. I am very disappointed in the lies Sprint will tell you to pull you in but when push comes to shove they suck.
