What good is an expensive smartphone when you cant use it... coverage is non existant in this area, cant use data or phone in my home... will be paying ealry term; fee to get as far away from AT&T as possible. what a joke, this is 2011 almost and I cant use a phone I pay 70.00 a month for in my own home.

A contract means I get something I pay for, right? No AT&T reception in or outside of house on my iPhone west of Ottawa County Fairgrounds and also all the way to beach on Ottawa Beach Rd. Add tower very soon or no more At&T for me.

There seems to be a big bubble over an area covering Vermontville, Nashville, Sunfield, etc. The minute you leave Charlotte and head down Vermontville Hwy, you can forget communication of any kind! I live in Texas and when I went in Aug. after 6 years I thought this time my phone would work! Wrong! If the moon was right I would receive text messages randomly... ..and the same with sending them... .had to hit resend multiple times while sitting there watching the one or 2 bars come and go... ..ahhhhh... ... ATT come on now. Having to drive 10-15 miles to check my messages and make phone calls is ridiculous! Works great in Hastings, Charlotte, Lansing, Grand Rapids... ... ..

I always drop calls in my house, standing outside is a little better, I have to go down the road towards the lake before I get better service.

Last year I could usually get 1 bar in house and maybe 2 if I went outside. Now -NADA. A month ago, they "updated" my connection to tower - what a laugh. Thoroughly disgusted!

Oh don't worry, my phone claims I get bars, then it randomly goes away. Texts come in hours late, calls drop left and right. ZERO reception in the house. A particular call dropped 15 times in 30 minutes.

I get no reception until I drive a good 4 blocks or more down the road. It's enough to make me sell the house or change my carrier. So far my only phone that works is an old old Nokia on T-Mobile and it is spotty.

No reception at all inside the house! Have to go to the middle of the backyard to get half a bar. Very frustrating. T-Mobile simply sucks for anything outside a huge city!

Bought phone with Garuntee of service and then was told I am 1 / 2 Mile out of coverage!

i just moved to ortonville 5 months ago and I have an metro PCS my calls are always dropping and my text messages comes in 2 hrs later... i asked my cell phone provider for an service box so I would be able to call out and also have incoming calls but it didnt workout as plan, waste of money... .im to the point where I dont even want a cell phone now cus the service SUCKS out here...
