1st Monticello Exit, Monticello, MN 55362 Wed Apr 13, 2005

Every time I get just before the 1st Monticello exit on I94 my line drops. Very Frustrating, Every TIME! otherwise the coverage is great minus the drive on East 39 between Monti and Otsego

I cannot get this phone to work anywhere in Prior Lake, Savage, Burnsivlle, Shaopee... When I called T-Mobile from ourside my house they had me go inside. The call was dropped. They called me back on my home phone and said they couldn't do anything. It was the phone and again, they refused to assist with the phone issues, stating I could buy a "better" phone from them for $300.00. At this point I was on a month to month service so I told them to forget it... I would switch carriers. AT&T was the best as far as coverage in this area, for me anyway. Their customer service was so bad I switched to T-Mobile... a rather larger mistake. AT&T told me it is not their responsibility for errors made by their employees and said to read the contract... it's in there. I am attempting Sprint now, but was told Cingular and Verison are the best. Cingular bought out AT&T, I believe... so hopefully their customer service has improved. I told T-Mobile I was posting on their lack of customer service. The supervisor laughed and said to go ahead... he's not concerned. Arrogant jerk. I have hisname and am emailing the pwoers that be at T-Mobile the posts I am writing... not the replys as that is not appropriate.

I've had Sprint PCS service for the past 6 months and get one bar or no reception in my house. I get great reception downtown, and if I go into my backyard I get fine reception, but the front yard and for several blocks south of the house I have no reception. There's also a dead spot on 35E just north of 694, and when trying to cross the river going to Minneapolis on Marshall. I really don't get service in a lot of places, and will probably change carriers.

Raise the bar? Yeah right! We used to get reception with AT&T (tdma), now we get none! The reason we chose AT&T was because of the family plan and no roaming and we got reception here, tried Sprint and T Mobile previously and no reception here. We are getting a tower across the street (Nextel) in the next few months, maybe Cingular will buy space on it?!

Have Cell One as Well as Sprint both are the same. A few miles E of Royalton on Hwy. 26 Reception goes Dead. All the way through Buckman / Pierz / Morrill area. The whole section goes dead. Would be nice to get a tower in that area. I would be willing to let one go up on my property.

I have been a loyal Sprint PCS customer for seven years. Both (mine and my company given) are Sprint phones. Unfortunately this month, I got sick of the phone as all the business calls were going no where thanks to Sprint for claiming to have good service while there was NONE in Savage. I am disconnecting and moving over to t-mobile.

Verizon wireless sucks out in St. Michael, Albertville, Elk River areas. They say they are putting another tower out here still has not happened. I'm canceling my service with them. Sprint's reception is great. I now have a Sanyo RL-4920. I get reception everywhere. Sanyo and Sprint are the way to go.

Large GSM Deadzone. The old TDMA worked great. I am on-call for work and they are pretty upset about not getting a hold of me. Ha! teach them to upgrade me.
