Sprint says that this is a known dead spot for ALL carriers and it won't ever change. My friends who live close to us also have Sprint and have the same problem. If you live near here, don't expect good coverage.

Very bad reception. I think Cingular suck. They are trying to blame my phone for this issue.

Superior Wisconsin / Hwy. 35 and Cnty Rd.BB intersection, Pine City, MN 55063 Tue May 31, 2005

Both of my phones worked in this area up to this year. Now nothing at all. Has Verizon lost the lease to a tower or have they just giving up on northern Wisconsin? There CS Dept is no help but they will credit you 1 minute for you down time. Contract is almost done with Verizon then I am off to Cingular.

Virgin Mobile sucks in rural areas. I get absolutely NO reception when I'm at home. Go with something else if you live in a rural area.

HWY 169 and Meridan, Belle Plaine, MN 56011 Wed May 04, 2005

Let's hope the Verizon guy never makes it to Belle Plaine, because he'd still be asking if anyone can here him. I drop into roam about three miles north of town and once into Belle Plaine, phone doesn't work at all.

I have had 3 phones since being on T-Mobile, from bottom rung to blue tooth, and camera phone. Honestly, I haven't had a decent conversation yet with t-mobile! I am constantly dropped, or poor coverage. I live in Prior Lake, and the call drops once on my street (Shady Beach Trail). Then it drops again 3 miles from my house on 18. If I go towards savage or burnsville, it drops twice before going 10 miles to 35W! I am so annoyed that I don't tell any stories while on the phone, because inevitably I will be talking to myself for at least half of it! I travel all over, and on the way to Rochester it cuts out about 6 times, and then I just give up about 1 / 2 way there. My friends and family hate talking to me when I am on my cell phone! I absolutely would not recommend it. My mother yelled at me the other day to get a new carrier. She said, "Aren't you supposed to be doing business on this thing? I am surprised your clients tolerate it!"

Reception is non existant. I was told I would have goodrecption by the Verizon Rep, however I do not. My neighbors have Cellular One, and Nextel and do have good service. I can see a Cell tower from my home, however I am now told that Verizon does not use that tower. Verizon response is that, we are sorry there is nothing we can do after signing a two year contract. Promises up front and absolutely no concern that I do not have service. Not even an expression of concern. Just a smile as if to say we got another sucker. Never Again!
